Job summary

Bosch Home Solutions is seeking a Coil Machine Setup Operator to perform setup, operate, maintain, troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to Coil Machines and equipment including Fin Press, expander press and hairpin tubing press for production.

Key responsibilities include reading OMS, preparing equipment, maintaining quality, and keeping the workspace clean and safe while adhering to all safety protocols. High school diploma and prior machinery experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience operating machinery.
• Ability to read OMS and quality specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Read, communicate, and understand Operational Method Sheets (OMS) and job instructions.
• Handle materials to and from workstation and prepare equipment for production.
• Set up and operate fin press, expander press, and hairpin tubing press.
• Determine need for tool and die care and perform required maintenance.
• Maintain quality standards and report material shortages.
• Keep workstation organized and in proper working order.
• Maintains quality standards including first and last part inspection or parts produced against OMS and/or specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
