Job summary

Bosch Home Solutions is seeking a Coil Machine Setup Operator to set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Coil Machines including fin press, expander press, and hairpin tubing press for production.

The role requires reading OMS and job instructions, handling materials, maintaining tool readiness, and ensuring quality while maintaining a safe, organized work area. Experience with machinery and a high school diploma are necessary.

• Keep workstation organized and in proper working order.
• Maintain quality standards including first and last part inspection or parts produced against OMS and/or specifications.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Job Description

Bosch Home Solutions is seeking a Coil Machine Setup Operator. This position performs setup, operates, maintains troubleshoots and makes minor adjustments to Coil Machines and equipment including Fin Press, expander press and hairpin tubing press for production.

Key Responsibilities

• Read, communicate, and understand Operational Method Sheets (OMS) and job instructions
• Handle materials to and from workstation and prepare equipment for production
• Set up and operate fin press, expander press, and hairpin tubing press
• Determine need for tool and die care and perform required maintenance
• Maintain quality standards and report material shortages
• Keep workstation organized and in proper working order
• Maintains quality standards including first and last part inspection or parts produced against OMS and/or specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
