Job summary

SMS Elotherm North America is seeking a dedicated technician to support coil design and repair operations. The ideal candidate has experience with induction heating, brazing and welding, precision measuring equipment, and reading CAD drawings.

You will breakdown coils, learn coil coating, painting and nylon-dipping, and operate forklift equipment. The role requires a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and a safety-minded, attendance-driven approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with induction heating and brazing/welding is a plus.
• Ability to read CAD drawings and use precision measuring equipment.
• Familiarity with manufacturing tools and measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Support coil design and repair operations.
• Break down coils and learn coil coating, painting, and nylon dipping.
• Complete paperwork for assigned tasks and operate forklifts.
• Follow safety protocols and be available for overtime as needed.

The right candidate will

• Must be self-directed, motivated and able to multi-task.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Standing for up to length of shift, bending, reaching and handling bulky parts.
• Able to work mandatory overtime, including Saturdays.
• Must follow all company safety protocol.
