Paycom - ATS in Tennessee is seeking a banding line operator to oversee the accurate packaging of coils processed by slitters on the banding line.

You will follow safety and attendance policies, operate automatic banders, and train line helpers. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced steel manufacturing environment, lift up to 50 pounds, and communicate effectively with your team. You must read gauges and instruments accurately and remain focused under load and noise.

Formación

• High school education or GED required.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for the entire shift.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Able to read text, gauges and instruments accurately.
• Capable of troubleshooting and quick decision-making to keep processes running.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the accurate packaging of coils on the banding line.
• Follow safety and attendance policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
• Operate automatic banders efficiently.
• Train line helpers on equipment operation for their designated tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
