SteelSummit Holdings, Inc. is seeking a banding line operator for our Grand Rapids, MI facility. The role oversees the accurate packaging of coils and requires adherence to safety and attendance policies while working with the automated banding line.

You will operate banding equipment, train line helpers, and support production schedules. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and communicate effectively within a fast-paced industrial setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the shift.
• Effective communication and teamwork are essential.
