Job summary

IntelliDyne, LLC is seeking a SQL Cognos Developer in Washington, DC to design, develop, and implement SQL-based solutions in Cognos and Oracle environments. The role requires proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Python scripting, with responsibility for complex analysis, production support, and ad hoc reporting.

The candidate should have 5+ years of mid- to senior-level experience and knowledge of OLAP, data modeling, and BI reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in a senior-level position supporting Oracle environments.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Python scripting.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex analysis, design, programming, and modification of query programs inside Cognos and other applications.
• Write SQL and PL/SQL; develop Python programs and test before client delivery.
• Provide agile production support for application changes and ad hoc reporting needs.
• Perform data modeling and BI deployment support; ensure QA of reports.
