Job summary

LearningRx Colorado Springs is seeking a motivated Cognitive Trainer to deliver personalized brain training sessions using our proven methodology. In this role, you'll work one-on-one with students of all ages to strengthen their cognitive skills. An enthusiastic and supportive atmosphere is key, as you will motivate and encourage clients through their training.

Ideal candidates are energetic, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for helping others. A high school diploma is required; prior teaching or tutoring experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Prior teaching, tutoring, or coaching experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one brain training sessions following the LearningRx methodology.
• Provide support and encouragement to clients throughout their program.
• Track client progress and maintain accurate training records.
• Communicate with leadership and parents regarding student performance.
• Foster a positive and motivating atmosphere.
• Attend training to maintain program fidelity.
