Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position with customer interaction.
• Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards for quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach food and beverages to standard or customized recipes.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate tasks for two or more employees during shifts.
• Ensure quality beverages and food following standard recipes.
