Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Provide quality beverages and food, follow store policies and cash handling.
• Six months' experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• At least six months' experience delegating tasks to others.

Responsibilities

• Ensure beverages and food are prepared to standard recipes or customized as needed.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to maintain smooth shift operations.
