Starbucks Coffee Company is looking for a Shift Supervisor to lead a busy store with craft and heart, ensuring quality beverages and customer experiences. You will coach partners, delegate tasks, and help maintain a welcoming environment for the community.

You will be accountable for attendance, punctuality, and adherence to store policies while managing a team across morning/evening shifts and weekends. California benefits and opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Provide quality beverages and food products and maintain store safety and security.
• Six months of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages/food per standard recipes or customer customizations.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to multiple employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of others and lead with craft and heart.
• Ensure a welcoming, high-quality guest experience in the store.
• Coach and train partners to follow recipes and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of store policies and safety standards.
