Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring constant customer interaction.
• Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard recipes or customer substitutions.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks experience for the community.
• Direct the work of team members and ensure store policies, quality beverages and food, and cash handling standards.
• Coach and delegate tasks to teammates to maintain smooth operation during shifts.
• Maintain store safety and security and uphold customer service excellence.
