Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality.

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Prepare/coach beverage and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate work for two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a retail environment.

Responsibilities
