Job summary

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of others and lead with craft and heart on the shop floor.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customer requests.
• Ensure quality beverages and food products, maintain store safety and cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to store operating policies and contribute to a welcoming environment for customers.
