Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Chesapeake, VA to lead daily store operations with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for customers and community. You will supervise team members, maintain quality beverages and food, and uphold safety and policy standards.

Candidates should have at least 6 months of customer-facing experience and 6 months of experience delegating tasks, with flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
