Qualifications

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance and be on time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Follow store policies and standards for quality beverages and food, cash handling, and safety.
• Six months of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience delegating tasks and coordinating two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customize as needed.
• Coach and guide staff during beverage and food preparation.
• Maintain store safety and security protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
