Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Ability to delegate tasks to two or more employees.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily beverage and food preparation to standard recipes or customer specifications.
• Coach and supervise team members to ensure quality beverages and customer service.
• Ensure cash handling, store safety and security per policies.
• Provide a welcoming, community‑minded service experience.
