Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a busy coffeehouse team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee daily operations, coach partners, and ensure quality beverages and food while maintaining a welcoming environment for the community.

Formación

• Attendance and punctuality are required.
• Able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Follow store policies and maintain quality beverages and food, cash handling and safety.
• Minimum 6 months in a role with customer interaction and fulfilling requests.
• At least 6 months delegating tasks to others or coordinating two or more staff.

• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customer-specific adjustments.
