Qualificações

• Regular attendance and punctuality with and without accommodation.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Adherence to store policies and safety, cash handling and security standards.
• At least 6 months in a role with customer interaction and tasks delegation.
• Ability to direct work, coach others and learn quickly.
• Strong oral communication and teamwork within a retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and coach food and beverage prep to standard recipes or customer customizations.
• Delegate tasks to two or more employees and coordinate team activities.
• Maintain quality beverages and food, store safety, and cash handling during shifts.
