Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with customers
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others
• Ability to direct the work of others
• Ability to learn quickly
• Effective oral communication skills
• Knowledge of the retail environment

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming space
• Coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes
• Ensure store policies, cash handling, safety and security are followed
• Coordinate tasks of two or more employees during shifts
• Provide quality customer service and order accuracy
