Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating two or more employees.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Ability to prepare and coach beverage/food preparation per recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks experience for customers.
• Maintain quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security.
• Direct and coach team members to ensure smooth shift operations.
• Uphold store policies and standards and adapt to community needs.
