Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is looking for a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, making every visit a welcoming moment for our community. You will supervise baristas, ensure quality beverages and food, and model safe, friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coaching teammates, managing shift tasks, complying with store policies, and maintaining strong cash handling and security practices. Flexible hours and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Able to coach food/beverage preparation to recipes or customize as needed.
• Ability to delegate tasks and coordinate multiple team members.
• Able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to maintain a welcoming space.
• Direct the work of teammates and ensure quality beverages and food.
