Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including substitutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming for the community.
• Ensure quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety.
