Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality required, with/without accommodations
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, holidays
• Cash handling and store safety/compliance
• 6 months customer-facing experience
• 6 months delegating tasks to 2+ employees
• Ability to direct and learn quickly, communicate effectively, work in retail
• Build relationships and work as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shift teams to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare and coach the making of beverages/food to standard recipes and customer customizations
