Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• At least six months delegating tasks to two or more colleagues.
• Experience preparing food/beverages to standard or customized recipes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift operations to ensure quality beverages and food.
• Uphold store policies, cash handling, safety and security.
• Lead and coach team members to deliver friendly service.
• Assist with training and coordinating tasks during peak times.
