Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers.
• Experience delegating tasks and coordinating a team is a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly and work well in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and customer interactions.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications.
• Coach and supervise team members, delegate tasks, and ensure store standards.
