Qualifications

• Six months of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to coach and prepare beverages/food to standard recipes.
• Ability to delegate tasks to other employees.
• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift and supervise the team to ensure quality beverages and guest experience.
• Uphold store policies, cash handling, safety and security standards.
• Coach staff on beverage/food preparation and service standards.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate work of team members as needed.
• Maintain a welcoming, clean and organized store environment.
