Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking an Implementation Manager within the Operations Implementation team to drive the Back to Starbucks initiatives and Coffeehouse Excellence. You will enable world-class hospitality and a seamless partner experience by supporting key projects across cross-functional teams, providing tools, training, and guidance.

The role requires strong collaboration, project management experience in retail/restaurant environments, and the ability to influence across all levels,

Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations multi-unit management is required.
• 3+ years in implementation and/or project management in retail or restaurant environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Back to Starbucks initiatives and Coffeehouse Excellence program.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive successful implementations.
• Enable partners with tools, training and support for new processes.
• Translate business needs into actionable implementation plans across levels.
