Caribou Coffee in Clearwater is seeking a Coffeehouse Team Member to deliver exceptional guest service and hand-crafted beverages. You will be part of a team that brings the Caribou purpose to life through every guest interaction, while supporting store operations and maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work mornings and afternoons is critical.
• Preferred: Restaurant, retail or guest service experience.
• Preferred: Previous barista experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent guest service by building relationships, listening, anticipating needs, and making recommendations.
• Hand-craft beverages to Caribou standards and prepare/fy food offerings as required.
• Move between barista and guest service roles and support the team.
• Take guest orders, manage cash drawer, and follow cash handling policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and follow sanitation standards.

Position Overview

The Coffeehouse Team Member is the core of the Caribou experience and delighting our guests. They are responsible for creating day making experiences through delivering unparalleled guest service, bringing the Purpose and Values of Caribou to life in every interaction, and making world-class hand-crafted beverages.

• Provides incredible Guest Service through:
  • Developing personal ongoing relationships with guests

• Hand-crafts beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
• Heats, prepares, and serves Caribou food offerings to Caribou standard operating procedures
• Floats between barista and guest service, and willingly fulfills all team member roles and responsibilities
• Takes guest orders & manages cash drawer and follows all cash handling policies and procedures
• Maintains the look and feel of a well-run store by following cleanliness, sanitization and organization standards
• Actively thinks and acts upon what the team and guest will need in the future
• Differentiates between problems that can be solved directly and when to ask for leader support
• Understands that the team is managing multiple priorities and willingly takes direction from leaders
