Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
• Meet store policies including cash handling and safety
• Six months of customer-facing experience
• Prepare beverages/food to standard or customized recipes
• At least six months of delegating tasks to others or coordinating multiple employees

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming space for the community
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate two or more employees
• Ensure store policies are followed, including cash handling, safety and security
• Maintain attendance and punctuality and support staffing needs
