Responsibilities

• Oversees daily coffee shop operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Recruits, trains, mentors, and manages baristas and staff performance.
• Schedules staff to meet business needs and labor budgets.
• Manages inventory, orders, and vendor relationships.
• Ensures beverages and food meet quality standards and safety procedures.
• Maintains cash handling and daily deposits; drives sales and margins.
• Supports store operations as needed, including POS transactions and shelf displays.
