Job summary

Wilderness Resort in Wisconsin Dells, WI is seeking a Coffee Shop Cashier to host guests, take orders, and handle payments with a friendly, efficient approach.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-driven setting, greeting guests, preparing beverages, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked outlet while providing excellent customer service. Part- or full-time roles with night and weekend availability are offered.

The Wilderness Resort is seeking hardworking, dependable, enthusiastic, customer service driven individuals to join our fast-paced team! Employees have access to great benefits, amenity usage, and so much more!

TheCoffee Shop Cashierposition is responsible for hot and cold beverage preparationalong with cookies and pastries, assisting with guests'orders, ensuring orders are correct, and being able to accurately collect and process payments.

This is a part- or full-time position with night, and weekend availability.

Essential duties and tasks of the position include but are not limited:

• Greet and welcome guests as they enter.
• Assist guests with any questions they may have regarding the menu.
• In charge of making and ringing up all guest orders, taking payment, and processing change.
• Responsible for stocking goods used throughout their shift at the end of each shift.
• Responsible for the accuracy and totality of a cash bank.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and presentable work environment.
• Responsible for cleaning the outlet at the end of each shift including but not limited to dishes, sweeping, mopping, wiping counters, washing windows, and taking out garbage.
• All other duties as assigned my management.
