Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Burlington, MA is seeking a scientist-engineer to own end-to-end coffee processing and reformulation initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional learning plans across formulation, sensory, packaging, quality, and manufacturing, and lead assessments from bench to scale-up with a focus on data-driven decision making.

The role requires a B.S./M.S. in food science or engineering with 3+ years in coffee processing, strong statistics, and program management.

Qualifications

• B.S./MS in food science or engineering with 3+ years of experience.
• Knowledge in coffee processing and coffee beverages.
• Statistical capability (Green Belt/Black Belt preferred).
• Excellent communication and program management skills.
• Hands-on experience with process development and commissioning.
• Working knowledge of GMP.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate cross-functional learning plans across formulation, sensory, packaging, quality, capital management, and manufacturing.
• Lead processing assessment from modeling, benchtop, pilot, to scale-up.
• Support reformulation work, lab roasting, experiments and data collection.
• Host internal tastings for reformulations.
• Collaborate with operational teams during manufacturing-scale trials.
