Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a scientifically driven candidate to lead cross-functional learning plans for beverage development. You will oversee processing assessments across multiple scales, from modeling to scale-up, and contribute to reformulation and flavoring efforts through hands-on experimentation.

The role emphasizes statistical analysis, program management, GMP awareness, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Statistical capability demonstrated (Design of Experiments preferred).
• Excellent communication and program management skills.
• Hands-on experience with process development, startup and commissioning.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing practices, including GMP.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate cross-functional, holistic learning plans across formulation, sensory, packaging, quality, capital management, and manufacturing.
• Responsible for processing assessment at multiple scales (modeling, benchtop, pilot, and scale-up).
• Support reformulation work, including lab roasting and sample creation, data collection, documentation and specification updates, and hosting internal tastings.
