Qualifications

• 2+ years of espresso and/or coffee equipment repair.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read diagrams and schematics.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Onsite installation, repair, and maintenance of espresso equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and repair commercial espresso machines, brewers, and grinders.
• Read diagrams and schematics; communicate with manufacturers as needed.
• Prepare parts and complete work orders accurately; maintain inventory.
• Maintain a neat, organized service vehicle and adhere to safety procedures.
• Weekend on-call rotation for emergencies; occasional overnight travel.
