Job summary

First Choice Coffee Services is hiring a Service Technician to service our coffee brewing equipment at customer sites across the U.S. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, installations, and equipment removals, while ensuring accurate paperwork and inventory control.

You will also train customers on equipment use and handle inquiries promptly. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and is ideal for candidates with prior service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Past experience in service is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled service on coffee brewing equipment, including emergency calls, preventive maintenance, installations, and removals.
• Instruct customers on proper use and respond to inquiries about coffee equipment.
• Complete service calls and related paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain parts inventory for the service vehicle and monthly inventory.
• Refurbish and repair coffee equipment for customer sites.
• Prepare service orders and inventory records per company policy.
• Ensure service vehicle maintenance, obey traffic laws, and keep a valid license.
• Occasionally assume route driver duties and perform other deliveries as needed.
• Maintain and clean the service area and organize parts.
