Job summary

First Choice Coffee Services is seeking a Service Technician to join our nationwide team. The role involves servicing coffee brewing equipment at customer locations, training customers on equipment use, and handling related paperwork.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, relevant experience is a plus, and a valid driver’s license. We offer a competitive starting hourly wage and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled service on coffee brewing equipment, including maintenance, installations, and removals at customer locations.
• Instruct customers on proper use of coffee equipment and respond to inquiries.
• Complete service calls and related paperwork in a timely manner.
• Maintain proper parts inventory for the service vehicle and conduct monthly inventory.
• Refurbish and repair coffee equipment for customer sites.
• Prepare service orders and inventory records per company procedures.
• Ensure the service vehicle is maintained and drive with a valid license.
• May assume route driver duties during vacations or absences.
• Maintain and clean the service area and organize parts.
