Job summary

Nespresso, part of Nestlé, is hiring a Stock Associate to drive back-of-house to sales floor activities in our Paramus boutique. You will process stock, organize the stockroom, and assist customers to ensure a premium shopping experience while maintaining safety and efficiency.

You will work open and closing shifts, including weekends/holidays, with opportunities for development and a competitive compensation package. Pay starts at $21.00 per hour with bonuses and rewards.

Qualifications

• Punctual and available to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Patience for day-to-day challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Back of House Functions: Process inbound/outbound stock shipments, assist with inventory, cycle counts, merchandising and transfers.
• Stockroom Organization: Maintain organization for easy product location by sales team.
• Customer Experience: Replenish merchandise and assist the sales floor as needed.
• Operations and Safety: Maintain a safe boutique environment, ensure cleanliness, and support loss prevention.
