Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company is seeking a Machine Operator I -- Batching (MO1) to safely run batching equipment, prepare coffee blends, and meet production specifications. This role collaborates with the Processing Supervisor to maintain quality and throughput.

The MO1 will monitor batching parameters, ensure accurate records, and coordinate with line support for materials. A strong team mindset and commitment to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow specifications and manuals.
• Basic math and mechanical aptitude; troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate batching equipment to prepare coffee blends according to specifications.
• Monitor and adjust batching parameters to ensure consistency and quality.
• Maintain batch records, lot codes, and production times.
• Coordinate with QA to collect and submit batch samples.
• Support packaging line with timely delivery of batched coffee.
• Troubleshoot and resolve batching issues.
• Follow safety and PPE protocols.
