Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company in Conway, AR is seeking a Machine Operator I – Batching to safely operate batching equipment, prepare coffee blends, and meet production specifications. You will work with the Processing Supervisor to maintain product quality and throughput.

You will perform pre-batch checks, collect samples for QA, and keep accurate records of batch numbers and production times, while following PPE and safety protocols. A high school diploma and 2 years in manufacturing are required.

Responsibilities

• Selects batching bins and initiates batching via computer interface.
• Monitors and adjusts batching parameters for consistency.
• Performs pre-batch checks including weight and blend verification.
• Coordinates with QA to collect and submit batch samples.
• Maintains batch numbers, lot codes, and production times.
• Coordinates with line support for materials.
• Supports packaging line with timely batched deliveries.
• Troubleshoots batching issues and follows safety protocols.
