Do you have speciality coffee experience and enjoy a good latte? Join our team at Coffee Dose! We’re looking to add an experienced barista (we like to call them Vibe Dealers) to our team.

Coffee Dose serves drinks of third wave coffee shop quality, with cheeky marketing to make everyone feel welcome—whether they’re a coffee connoisseur or just here for the gram. We offer seasonal lattes, standard lattes, and drinks made with activated charcoal, collagen, etc., for an extra health boost. We also serve a variety of keto-friendly and vegan-friendly pastries and treats.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista (we call them Vibe Dealers) to join our team. As a Vibe Dealer, you will craft high-quality coffee beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
• Preparing foods such as sandwiches and baked goods, grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving items to customers.
• Selling coffee and tea blends, highlighting differences, and educating customers about brewing methods.
• Properly handling, maintaining, and cleaning all equipment.
• Demonstrating a thorough understanding of all menu offerings.
• Maintaining professionalism and high standards of customer service.
• Being a responsible, proactive team player, taking initiative on tasks.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00/hour plus tips
