Dart Container is seeking a visionary COE Supply Chain Leader to own the enterprise planning systems and drive transformation across global operations from Mason, MI. • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, information technology, or related field.
• Advanced experience in supply chain operations and digital transformation.
• Deep knowledge of ERP planning systems and data management.
• Proven success leading advanced planning system implementations and organizational transitions to modern digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as enterprise SME and COE leader for supply chain planning systems, processes, and capabilities.
• Own the strategic roadmap for supply chain technology platforms, including planning systems, ERP integration, WMS, analytics, and digital tools.
• Lead global implementations, upgrades, system enhancements, facility rollouts, UAT, and post-launch support.
• Establish governance standards, planning best practices, and data integrity processes.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, IT, Master Data, and stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive transformation.
• Leverage AI, analytics, and automation to improve planning accuracy and visibility.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure business impact.
• Lead change management and adoption of new processes and tools.

Are you a supply chain expert who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and transformation? We're looking for a visionary COE Supply Chain Leader to serve as the subject matter expert and business owner for our enterprise supply chain platforms while driving the future of planning, analytics, and operational excellence across a global manufacturing organization.

In this highly visible role, you will lead the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of critical supply chain systems and processes. You will act as the bridge between Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and business leadership, ensuring our planning capabilities, technology investments, and data foundations enable world-class performance and scalability

What You'll Do:

• - Serve as the enterprise Subject Matter Expert and Center of Excellence leader for supply chain planning systems, processes, and capabilities.
• - Own the strategic roadmap for supply chain technology platforms, including planning systems, ERP integration, warehouse management solutions, analytics, and digital tools.
• - Lead global implementations, upgrades, system enhancements, facility rollouts, user acceptance testing, and post-launch support.
• - Establish governance standards, planning best practices, and data integrity processes that drive consistency and operational excellence across the organization.
• - Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, IT, Master Data, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and execute transformation initiatives.
• - Leverage advanced analytics, automation, AI, and emerging technologies to improve planning accuracy, visibility, and decision‑making capabilities.
• - Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics that measure business impact and support continuous improvement efforts.
• - Lead organizational change management efforts and drive adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies.

What You'll Bring:

• - Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in supply chain, operations, business, information technology, or a related field of study
• - Advanced progressive experience in supply chain operations, digital transformation, enterprise software management, and/or supply chain planning
• - Comprehensive knowledge and application of supply chain planning processes, and advanced planning systems, including demand, supply, inventory, S&OP, deployment, production planning, logistics, sourcing, supplier management, and inventory optimization
• - Deep understanding of ERP planning systems and related data management processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• - Proven success leading advanced planning system implementations, software enhancements, and organizational transitions from legacy processes to modern digital platforms
• - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills with experience developing business cases, recommendations, KPIs, and performance measurements
• - Ability to maintain composure and adapt to a dynamic, fast‑paced, customer‑focused work environment characterized by rapid change, minimal lead times, and multiple competing priorities

Preferred:

• - Experience supporting user training, change management, master data governance, and cross‑functional adoption of enterprise technology solutions; experience with AI, advanced analytics, automation, or optimization tools
• - Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, build strong relationships, communicate effectively across all organizational levels, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment; experience in consumer products, manufacturing, packaging, foodservice, or related industries

Position Location: Mason, MI (Hybrid: 2days remote/3 days in‑office)
Travel: Up to 30% Domestic & International
