Job summary

Keystone is seeking an MBA Consultant to own analytical workstreams, translate complex economic questions into rigorous analyses, and synthesize insights for high-stakes decision-making. You will work across problems and practice areas in a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes data analysis, research, and clear client-ready reporting, with ownership of significant sections of deliverables and a path toward leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Econometrics, Finance, Mathematics or related field from a top university (target GPA 3.7+)
• MBA required; Master's in Analytics/Data Science/Economics a plus
• 5+ years in consulting, product management, data science, or strategy roles
• Experience owning discrete projects or workstreams
• Exposure to strategy/economic consulting, IB, PE, or data/tech environments
• Evidence of academic or leadership excellence (e.g., honors, Dean's List)

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analytical workstreams and translate questions into rigorous analyses
• Design and implement quantitative analyses (regression, forecasting, causal inference)
• Assess data quality, define methodologies, and choose modeling approaches
• Interpret results in business/economic context and highlight implications
• Guide and review Associate-level work for rigor and quality
• Lead targeted research to inform problem framing and analytical design
• Synthesize theory, industry dynamics, and constraints into hypotheses
• Connect qualitative insights with quantitative findings to refine direction
• Develop clear narratives linking analysis to actionable insights
• Own client deliverables and communicate findings to stakeholders
