Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Electrical manufacturing/operations.
• Leadership or direction experience with engineers or technicians.
• Within 50 miles of Wilsonville, OR; no relocation benefit.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate COE engineers and technicians to meet schedule and manufacturing requirements.
• Provide designs, technical direction, and quality oversight for customer order activities.
• Offer technical and application support to plant, sales, and customers for solutions.
• Lead, train, and develop engineers and technicians with development plans.
• Drive improvements in processes, tools, and systems for quality and efficiency.
• Manage large, complex projects to deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with product applications, engineering and operations to solve problems.
