Qualifications

• One year medical data entry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and coordinate physician coding logs and input charges from coded tickets.
• Enter charges and demographic information for physician providers.
• Coordinate retrieval of dictation reports and ensure month-end records are complete.
• Notate and verify cancellations on physician logs and research missing ticket reports.
• Communicate issues with supervisors to ensure accurate charge entry and submission.
