Qualifications

• Experience with medical terminology and coding guidelines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review provider coding selections and operative reports, applying modifiers and co-management details.
• Audit medical records to capture diagnoses, procedures, and charges for accurate reimbursements.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to clarify documentation and provide coding guidance.
• Assist in resolving claim denials and submitting redeterminations.
