Job summary

Concorde Education is seeking independent instructional contractors to provide coding and computer science enrichment for K–12 students. Assignments vary by school, grade level, schedule, and curriculum, with on-site, in-person delivery at partner schools.

Contractors plan and facilitate engaging sessions, adapt to student levels, help create projects, and maintain a safe learning environment while using available technology. Compensation is typically $50+ per completed instructional hour.

Qualifications

• At least 60 college credits, as required by assignment or site.
• Experience teaching or tutoring school-age students.
• Familiarity with Scratch, Python, HTML/CSS, JavaScript and related educational tech.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate engaging coding sessions for K–12 students.
• Adapt activities based on student level, site requirements, and available technology.
• Help students create coding projects and final artifacts (games, websites, apps).
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and age-appropriate learning environment.
• Communicate assignment-related needs with Concorde and school staff; complete session forms.
• Follow site safety, visitor, technology, and student-protection procedures.
