Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking an education-focused coding trainer to assess provider educational needs and develop ongoing training programs on coding and documentation. You will create materials, presentations, and handbooks, and lead sessions for billing and coding staff and providers.

Responsibilities include conducting data quality reviews, preparing reports, and assisting with audits to ensure compliance with standards and government regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of physician coding/HIM and revenue cycle experience required.
• Experience in coding across multiple specialties preferred.
