Responsibilities

• Perform coding and OASIS reviews for home health and hospice care.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Utilize EMR systems efficiently and adapt to new systems quickly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of home health or home health and hospice coding experience.
• Certified in coding (BCHH-C or HCS-D) and OASIS (COS-C, COQS, or HCS-O).
• Experience with routine coding and OASIS review.
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Reliable high-speed internet and ability to work flexible hours.

Additional Details
