HCA Healthcare is seeking a Coder WFH to review and code designated notes for one or more practices. The role involves providing feedback on documentation, coding guidance to physicians and non-physician practitioners, and collaborating with the AR team to resolve coding denials.
Candidates must be in Kansas or Missouri and able to round with practices as needed. The position requires at least one year of coding/billing experience and certification among COC, CCS, CPC, RHIA, or RHIT.

The Coder WFH with Physician Services reviews and codes designated office/hospital notes for one or multiple practices and resolves complex coding scenarios. The Coder WFH provides feedback and documentation advice to the physician non physician practitioner, and practice management and works with AR to resolve coding related denials.
