Physicians East, P.A. is seeking a detail-oriented billing specialist to handle charge entry and post diagnostic charges for assigned specialty areas, ensuring accurate coding in ICD-10-CM and CPT guidelines. The role requires communication with physicians and insurance staff to resolve coding issues in a fast-paced office.
This full-time position is based at our Greenville Arlington Blvd. location, typically Monday–Friday, with potential overtime.

We are looking for an employee that can work in a face paced office setting to help post charges and post diagnostic reports for assigned section of specialty and subspecialty and communicate with physicians and staff regarding coding issues.
Supervision Received: Reports to Regulatory Services Supervisor.
Supervision Exercised: None.
Typical Physical Demands: Requires prolonged standing or sitting while working in an office environment. Requires some bending or stretching. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, and other office equipment.
Normal office environment.
Full-time role based at our Greenville Arlington Blvd. location, Monday-Friday, 8a.m. – 5 p.m.
Overtime may be required to ensure patients are taken care, tasks are completed, and calls are returned in a timely manner.
Weekend work is rare but can occasionally be necessary.
